of epiphanies and epals
an epiphany over the weekend:that winning doesn't always mean getting what you want or being happy with how things turn out.sometimes, we have to lose a little and gain a lot.so to my shitty, smooth-talking, power-tripping pimply boss,ha!you can take away the laptop but you can't take away my epiphany.although i still wish i can get the laptop.

5 reasons why i hate my boss
1.) he's always late
the first thing he asks when he took over our old manager was if we could move the bi-weekly meeting from wednesday to tuesday.his reasons, which aren't personal he says, are:
1.)his car is coding that day
2.)it's the day the housekeeper is scheduled to come over the
3.)he's working from home that day.so we agree.
he sets the meeting at 8 and arrives half an hour to an hour later.he overslept he says, apologizes then does the same thing the next week.meanwhile, the people coming from night shift are tired and sleepy.and waiting for him.
2.)he's no keeper
not appointments, not promises, not his trapo papogi speeches.we'll have our 1 on 1 tomorrow at 8 he says.he comes in late, as usual.and so the schedule for the day gets pushed and he has to do the last meeting haphazardly because he has to leave for his masters class.he says the next laptop will be yours, no double-standards he says.we're doing the same job so laptops shouldn't be given on the basis of seniority.he says the manager should work for you.that's why i'm here.
3.)he can't walk the talk
he scolds us because we come in late for one training, because we would rather do our work than listen to a crackling speaker phone we barely understand talk about stuff we already know.and he comes in late too, doesn't participate in the training, leaves before it ends.but unlike us, he deosn't know what they're talking about
4.)he's the corporate equivalent of trapo
please refer to previous post
5.)he has no delicadeza.bien sin vergüenza.
